Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the role of Work From Home Application Specialist. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients with our cutting-edge applications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, guiding users through the application interface, and providing top-notch customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line customer support for our application users, addressing inquiries and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Guide clients in understanding application features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and technical issues to improve product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application performance and user experience.
- Assist with application testing and quality assurance processes before new updates are rolled out.
- Contribute to the development of support resources, including FAQs, tutorials, and user documentation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.
- Strong understanding of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote collaboration tools (e.g. Slack, Zoom, etc.) is a plus.
