Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Chatr, your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Providing information about products, services, and promotions.
- Documenting customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Collaborating with team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identifying opportunities for product upselling based on customer needs.
- Gathering customer feedback and providing insights to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
To succeed in the role of Customer Service Representative, you should possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred).
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle stressful situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various software applications.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
