Role Overview

As a Customer Care Executive at Tata Sky, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and providing efficient solutions.

  • Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
