Role Overview

As a Customer Care Executive at Tata Sky, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and reinforcing our reputation as a customer-centric organization.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and providing efficient solutions.
Maintain knowledge of all Tata Sky products and services to effectively assist customers.
Document customer interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Business Administration or related field).
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or BPO is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
