Role Overview

This role is essential to ensuring our hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with HR personnel and recruitment teams to maintain and manage vast amounts of critical data.

Key Responsibilities

• Input and update job postings in our database with a focus on accuracy and detail.
• Review applications and resumes for completeness, ensuring each submission meets specified criteria.
• Communicate with HR team to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Run regular audits of data entries to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare reports on job data trends for management and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Support the recruiting team with administrative duties as needed.
• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring that data is readily accessible as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry or related positions, especially within HR or recruitment settings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools is a plus.
