Position Overview

As a Clinical Trial Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for reviewing and entering data from clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process. You will work closely with clinical research teams to support data management efforts and contribute to the integrity of the trial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and enter clinical trial data into electronic databases.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered while adhering to established protocols.
• Collaborate with clinical research coordinators and data managers to resolve any discrepancies in data.
• Participate in data cleaning and validation processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Generate routine reports to assist team leads in monitoring data progress.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of data entry processes and tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in data entry or clinical trials is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with clinical trial software/systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
