Job Overview

The Glassdoor at Home Specialist will play a pivotal role in amplifying the voices of our diverse team members. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and present employee insights, utilizing platforms like Glassdoor to promote a positive company image while enhancing employee satisfaction. As a fully remote role, this position offers flexibility and independence y.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular employee surveys to gauge satisfaction, engagement, and workplace culture.
• Monitor feedback received on Glassdoor and respond to reviews in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with the HR team to address employee concerns and implement improvements based on feedback.
• Develop communication strategies to promote positive narratives around company culture.
• Create quarterly reports detailing employee engagement, trends, and recommendations for management.
• Organize virtual employee focus groups to encourage open discussions about workplace improvements.
• Work closely with marketing to promote positive employee experiences on social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Glassdoor and other employee feedback platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present data in a clear and engaging manner.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and survey tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from employee feedback.
• Experience in virtual team collaboration tools, such as Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams.
