Position Overview
As a Customer Service Support representative, you will be the face of our company, ensuring customers receive the best possible service experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Participating in training sessions and team meetings to stay informed on updates and best practices in customer service.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or support is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations with a calm and positive approach.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
