Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the HR or recruitment domain.
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, or similar programming languages; experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experience applying analytical concepts in a business context.
• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with an ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
