Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze user behavior and trends to enhance the Google Jobs product integration.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define product requirements and define roadmap priorities.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify and implement innovative strategies.
• Gather and interpret user feedback to continuously improve product offerings and user satisfaction.
• Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the performance of new features and functionalities.
• Work with the marketing team to create content and campaigns that enhance awareness of Google Jobs product capabilities.
• Monitor and report on product performance metrics, using data-driven insights to guide decisions.
• Stay updated with trends in job searching, employment, and technology developments, additional insights provide credibility and enable proactive enhancement of offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of job search landscapes and experience with Google Jobs functionalities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, and Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
