Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and companionship to seniors, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

• Engage clients in conversation and activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor health conditions as directed.
• Provide support to family members by communicating effectively and reporting on clients’ needs.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, ensuring all care plans are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in caregiving is a plus.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals who demonstrate a genuine interest in elderly care are preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is valuable, but not mandatory; training can be provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a background check and meet our health requirements.
