Job Overview

As the Hotel Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our operations. You will oversee daily activities, manage staff, and drive guest satisfaction. Your strategic vision and leadership skills will contribute to the resort’s success, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and an enriching environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage services.
• Lead, motivate, and train staff to provide high-quality customer service.
• Develop and implement effective operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor revenue, budgetary costs, and implement strategies for growth.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to enhance brand presence and drive occupancy rates.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and health and safety standards.
• Prepare reports for upper management regarding hotel performance and potential improvements.
• Foster relationships with local businesses and community stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of hospitality industry standards and practices.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and POS systems.
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
