Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience in a creative writing or marketing role, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they relate to job advertising.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a knack for storytelling.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
