Available Positions

We are currently looking for talented individuals to fill the following roles:

1. Cinema Manager

As a Cinema Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. Your leadership skills will play a vital role in creating a positive atmosphere for both employees and guests.

• Responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth operation of cinema services, including box office, concessions, and screening rooms.
  • Train and manage staff, providing ongoing support and encouragement.
  • Monitor inventory and manage budgets effectively.
  • Develop promotional strategies to increase attendance and enhance the guest experience.
• Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of management experience in hospitality or retail.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for customer service and film.

2. Front of House Staff

Front of house staff are the face of Picturehouse. Your role will involve providing exemplary customer service, managing ticket sales, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

• Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with ticket purchases and inquiries.
  • Handle concessions and maintain cleanliness in the cinema area.
  • Provide information about screenings and special events.
• Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.

3. Projectionist

As a Projectionist, you will be responsible for the quality of the film experience. You will handle equipment operation and ensure all presentations meet our high standards.

• Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate projection and sound equipment before screenings.
  • Conduct checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist with film programming and logistics.
• Qualifications:
  • Technical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience with film projection preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
