Job Responsibilities

As a part-time PMP recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various platforms including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Screening resumes and applications to match qualifications with job requirements.
• Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and compatibility with organizational culture.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to provide them with a positive recruitment experience.
• Managing candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and the specific skills required for the positions they are looking to fill.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and project management.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A background in Human Resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in recruitment, specifically within project management, is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is desirable.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (such as PMP, Agile, etc.) will be an advantage.
