Current Job Openings
We have various positions available across multiple departments. Below are some of the key opportunities:
1. Mental Health Counselor
Location: Community Center – Downtown
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers for integrated care.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Program Coordinator
Location: Central Office
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of specific programs within the board.
- Manage staff schedules and provide direction to team members.
- Monitor program effectiveness and provide reports to management.
- Conduct community outreach to promote available services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in program management or coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software.
3. Administrative Assistant
Location: Main Office
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team.
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and office communications.
- Organize meetings and prepare necessary documentation.
- Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous office experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
