Job Responsibilities

As a Simply Insured Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our data systems and ensuring our records are accurate and up-to-date.

• Input, update, and maintain customer data in our databases.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure that all data entry is compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies.
• Assist with the preparation of reports as needed.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline data operations.
• Provide support in other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
