Job Responsibilities

As a Total Jobs Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the project lifecycle, ensuring the accurate measurement and estimation of various construction activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for projects.
Conducting feasibility studies to ensure budget compliance.
Analyzing project documents to provide accurate quantity take-offs.
Managing procurement and liaising with sub-contractors to obtain competitive pricing.
Conducting regular site visits to assess progress and compliance with contractual obligations.
Preparing and submitting interim payment applications and final accounts.

Qualifications

A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
